Massing to Photorealism.

The appropriate Level of Detail (LOD) in our work is dictated by the:

• nature of the assessment

• design phase

• intended audience

• project budget

To cater to this we offer montages in 4 levels of detail, as shown in the table below.

A simple massing model captures just the bounding area of the proposal, with no attention to the detailed form or materials.  At the other end of the spectrum you have what we would term a marketing image, where the focus is on creating highly engaging imagery. A point of difference for us is that we can deliver this highly polished content whilst maintaining our exacting standards of accuracy.
